The Federal
Government is always ready to rally to the needs of its citizens across
the world, foreign affairs minister, Odein Ajumogobia, has said.
The minister gave
this assurance while addressing a group of Nigerians based in Argentina
and Uruguay, during his two-day visit to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
“It is a duty
government has taken upon itself, to protect its citizens both at home
and abroad, and anywhere at any time. If you look back at what
government has done in respect of many Nigerians across the world in
recent months, you will agree with this.
“I can, therefore,
assure you that the federal government will continue to do what it
needs to do for the comfort of its citizen’s worldwide,” he said.
