Former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, said, yesterday, at the Nigerian Army Engineers Rowing Out ceremony tagged ‘Sappers Reunion 2011’ held at the Nigerian School of Military Engineering (NASME), in Makurdi that Nigerians lack the discipline needed to help the country attain physical development.
This was even as he admitted that the nation was faced with ugly challenges that had given rise to lack of adequate infrastructure and value orientation.
He posited that there was a dire need for Nigerians to effect a positive change in their attitudes so as to make globalization work and also enhance stability in the economic.
