Attackers Of Kaduna Villages Are Sponsored – Yakowa

Kaduna State Governor, Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa, has said that the attackers of Southern Kaduna Villages were sponsored to create confusion and cause disaffection among the peoples of the state.
?

The governor said this yesterday while receiving the traditional leaders of the Bajju Community in the state when they visited him at the Government House.
?

Yakowa said his government would not relent in its efforts to provide the needed dividends of democracy to the people.
?

He described the series of killings in some parts of the state as ‘senseless’ and said that his administration would take all appropriate measures to ensure that the attacks were brought to an end.
?

Yakowa said that the attacks will not deter him from transforming the state.
?

“I am not afraid of anybody except God and I would concentrate on my duty to the best of my ability. We want people to continue to preach peace and live in peace with one another. Without peace, there can be no development.
?

“No group can live on its own. If we want to develop we have to accept everybody and live together. The people should be patient and see what we will do, because no state can develop in an atmosphere of violence,” he said
?

Speaking earlier, the traditional head of the Bajju Chiefdom, Malam Nuhu Bature, said they were at the Government House to express sadness over the unfortunate violent incidents that were happening within the chiefdom and to also apologize for the unruly behaviour of some youths towards the governor when? he visited Zonkwa last Friday.
