Fuel scarcity has returned to some of parts of Nasarawa State in the run-up to the Christmas celebrations, this Sunday.
Our correspondent observed that by yesterday, only the NNPC mega station in Lafia, the state capital, was selling fuel at the official pump price of N65 per litre, while at the black market, the product is sold between N75 and N80, gas at N165, and kerosene, N150.
Motorists and motorcyclist queued up for two to three hours before getting the commodity.
Some passengers and drivers spoken to at the filling stations called on the authorities concerned to look into the plight of Nigerians in getting this product which the country is a major producer.
