Chairman of Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), Chief Adebisi Akande, has described the proposed removal of fuel subsidy as a sign of the inability of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and? President Goodluck Jonathan to govern the country.
The former Osun State Governor also disclosed that the Boko Haram sect, which had claimed to be responsible for the incessant bombing attacks in the northern part of the country, arose as a result of anger and dissatisfaction against the governance of the nation.
Addressing? newsmen in his country home, Ila-Oragun, Osun State , Chief Akande further stated that the removal of fuel subsidy? was not a good omen for the people of the country.
Akande lamented the manner the country is being ruled by the PDP at the centre, and expressed serious concern that insecurity and corruption were fast becoming the culture of Nigerians.
