Four Staff of the National youth Service Corp (NYSC) yesterday los their lives following a ghastly road accident in Kasuwan Magani, along Kaduna-Kachia express road, area of Kujuru Local government of Kaduna state.
LEADERSHIP WEEKEND gathered that, until their deaths, the deceased were returning from a burial of their colleague late Anthony Chetchet Gora, in Gora area of Zangon Kataf local government of the state when the driver of the hired KSTA bus lost control while trying to dodge two women.
Confirming the incidence, the Road Safety’s sector Commandant of Mararaban Rido, Mr. Kumar Cakhum, said “the accident occurred when a driver of KSTA lost control while trying to dodge two women.”
Eye witness account stated that the car conveying the NYSC staffs lost control and ran into a transformer.
Oladipo Morakinyo who is a staff of the NYSC gave the account saying “We were following the car behind when two women just crossed the road. The driver, after dogging them lost control and ran into a transformer. We lost four of them at the St. Gerald hospital.
