Imo State Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha has presented a budget proposal? of N174.3billion to the state House of Assembly yesterday.
Okorocha stated that out of the sum, N47.7billion would be for recurrent expenditure while?? N127.3billion would be for capital expenditure.
He stressed that the state revenue projections for 2012 are N88,195 040 515 for recurrent receipts while capital receipts would be N86, 121,359,485.
Governor Okorocha also reiterated that road; education and health sectors would be given top priority attention by his administration.
Earlier in his address, the Speaker, Benjamin Uwajumogu commended the Governor for his good vision for the state.
