For the Peoples Democratic Party to regain its lost glory in the South-West, the National Vice Chairman of the party (South-West), Alh. Tajudeen Oladipo, has stressed the need for more sacrifice from members.
Oladipo made his position known at the opening of the zonal stakeholders meeting held at the residence of the former President and chairman of the PDP Board of Trustees (BoT),Chief Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta, yesterday.
He urged the gathering to approve the setting up of the, transition, reconciliation and congresses committees as they are presently constituted in the states of the South West.
Speaking on the rationale for the setting up of the transition, reconciliation and congresses committees, Oladipo said?? the state Working Committees in Ondo and Osun states had earlier, “made huge sacrifice by resigning their positions to allow for the setting up of the transition committees in their states”, he said.
