The Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) yesterday sealed off ten petrol stations in Kaduna State for involving in sharp practices ranging from diversion and selling of fuel above the price of 97 naira.
LEADERSHIP gathered that seven of the sealed filling stations were selling the product at about 100 to 125 naira per litre above the N97 benchmark price while three filling station were sealed off for diversion of the product delivered to them.
LEADERSHIP checks revealed that the three filling station sealed for diversion included, Porthworth NNPC Mega station, Barnawa, Kaduna, Total filling station in Zaria and Cidi global an NNPC mega station in Kaduna.
