Governor of Plateau State Jonah David Jang? has advised Muslims to live a life of sacrifice and obedience as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim who offered his son Ismail in obedience to the will of Allah.
Jang gave this advice in his Sallah message to the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Ed-el-Kabir celebrations.
According to a statement signed by the director of press, Mr. James Mannok and made available to LEADERSHI, yesterday, Jang noted that every genuine service rendered to God attracts reward from Him and urged Muslims to continue to exhibit faith in appreciation to God for his goodness which has always been with mankind.
He also called on Nigerians to continue to uphold their leaders in prayers even as he called on Nigerians to respect the country’s diversity for peace and harmony to prevail.
