According to the SSS director,? items recovered from the suspects, included three? AK 47 riffles, one sub-machine gun, 48 rounds of live ammunition and assorted charms.
He said the suspects would be charged to court as soon as investigation was concluded.
He, however, appealed to members of the public to shun violence and live in peace with one another, irrespective of religious, political and ethnic differences.
“Why should we be spending money buying weapons to fight against each other when we should channel such money into feeding, training of our children,” he asked.
Bubuche called for the cooperation of members of the public by giving useful information, to tackle all forms of criminality in the society.
He assured the public of confidentiality for any information on criminal activities within their neighbourhood.
