The ongoing Abuja Glo Golf Tour has produced its star prize winner. He is Mohammed Yahya Liman of the IBB Golf and Country Club Abuja who is the Hole-in-One winner. He played it at Hole 8 winning Glo’s Toyota Corolla car prize.? Reacting to the victory, he said: “My attention was not to play hole-in-one. By the time I got to Hole 8, I was on 5 over, so my plan was to play a birdie and come to 4 over. Luckily, when I smashed the ball into the green, it went into the hole. I am so happy. Glo has changed the game of golf in Nigeria. For me, the prize for Hole-in-One is even bigger than the tournament prize.”??
