Kogi State governor, Captain Idris Wada, has pledged to implement all programmes contained in his transformation agenda.
Wada told a team of governors led by Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State, who visited him in Lokoja, the recent auto crash, which affected his leg, would not affect his performance in office.
He said the accident rather than dampened his spirit kept had enlivened him, stressing that he had realised that God loves him and the state, and promised to imprint his name on Kogi’s history.
Amaechi had described Capt. Wada as the best thing to happen to the state in recent times, noting that he had what it takes to develop Kogi and urged the people to support him.
The governors urged the people of the state not to be deterred by the accident, but support Wada to enable his administration succeed in view of the governor’s track record of excellence, sincerity and transparency in public and private lives.
