The Nasarawa State University, Keffi, which was closed down on Feb. 26, will reopen for normal academic activities on Monday, April 29.
This is contained in a statement issued on Wednesday in Lafia and signed by the Regisrar, Malam Dalhatu Mamman.
The statement said the Senate of the University approved the reopening of the institution.
NAN recalls that the university was closed down on Feb. 26, following the alleged killing of four students by security operatives during demonstration by students of the university.
According to the statement, all returning students are expected to come with a letter of undertaking signed by a religious leader or a public servant not below Grade Level 14.
It added that students would pay an administrative fee of N1,000 each and sign an undertaking to be of good behaviour, throughout their stay in the institution.
The statement called on the students to continue to exhibit good moral conduct worthy of emulation.
It said that full academic activities would begin on April 29. (NAN)
