Nigeria Super Falcons this evening at the National Stadium in Abuja thrashed their Malian counterpart by 8-0 in the second leg qualifying match for the 2015 All Africa Games, to be held in Brazzaville, Congo in September.
After a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Bamako, Edwin Okon’s tutored ladies needed at least a scoreless draw to clinch the ticket to the All Africa Games in Brazzaville after missing out on the 2011 event in Maputo, Mozambique.
But the Nigerian girls went all out and were already 2-0 up in under 25 minutes of play and led by 4-0 at half time.
