Former Nigeria international, Victor Moses says he rather would enjoy playing football without feeling the pressure.
Moses disclosed this in a report by complete sports after Fenerbahce’s hard fought 2-1 home win over Sivasspor in the Turkish Super Lig, on Friday.
The 28 year-old is on an eighteen months loan deal stay at the club from Chelsea.
His assist pulled the home club back on level terms with the visitors having trailed 0-1 after the 73rd minute.
“I would like to enjoy the game, not to feel pressure while playing football. My only thought is what I can contribute to my team. This win is extremely valuable for us,” Moses told reporters after the game.
“We felt how uncomfortable our supporters were after going 1-0 down. I had never experienced anything like this in my career. I had nothing to lose at that moment,” Moses told reporters after the game.
Adding: “I said I wanted to improve my physical condition. I feel good right now. I want to feel good and enjoy my football. That’s all I want.”
The 2017 Premier League winner with Chelsea said it was an uncomfortable game while they were a goal behind.
“We felt how uncomfortable our supporters were after going 1-0 down. I had never experienced anything like this in my career. I had nothing to lose at that moment.”
In a related report, two Nigerian players will face each other in their clubs’ clash in the Turkish topflight, this Saturday.
Super Eagles defender Shehu Abdullahi will file out for Bursaspor against Champions, Galatasaray, who have Henry Onyekuru on their roster.
