The governorship candidate of Justice Party (JP), Mrs. Aisha Elejo Audu-Emeje, former wife of the former governor of Kogi State and candidate of Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), Prince Abubakar Audu, has notified her intentions to reform the North Central State if elected as governor in the forthcoming governorship poll.

Chief Aisha Audu-Emeje, who is also a top member of the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Nigerians in Diaspora (ANID), in an exclusive interview, said that Kogi State was very far from progress as a result of poor governance, a situation that forced her to join the race so as to restore the state to the path of development.

The United States-based politician cited Dekina Local Government where she hails from as an example, saying that the area had never felt the presence of previous and present governments.
