A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr. Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere has dragged his party?? and its favoured chairmanship candidate in the Saturday National Convention, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur? before? a Federal High Court to stop his bid to lead the party in the above capacity.
He said Tukur was an invalid member of the party and was expelled? in 2001 for anti-party activities by the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party.
