The Naira remained stable against major currencies at the official and black markets on Friday, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports.
The currency remained at N155.28 to the dollar at the official segment on Friday. It has been at that rate since Monday.
The naira was also stable against the pound and Euro at the official market, trading at N250.07 and N200.46, respectively.
It was also relatively stable at the black market this week, trading at N160 to the dollar on Friday. It has maintained the rate since a fortnight ago.
The pound was sold for between N257 and N258,?while the Euro has remained at N203.
The naira, however, appreciated by 50k against the dollar at the Bureau de Change on Friday, exchanging at N158.5 from N159 on Monday.
The currency also appreciated against the pound at the Bureau de Change, being sold at N254 to the pound from N255 on Monday. (NAN)
